The following data is collected directly from the user during the booking process: first name, last name, email address, phone number, number of seats, date and time of the booking. The system also automatically collects the language of the device used, the creation and update date of the booking, and the reminder delivery status.
Data is processed exclusively for:
- managing the booking
- sending reminders and booking-related communications via email, SMS or WhatsApp
Data is not shared with third parties nor used for marketing purposes. It may be accessed by third-party providers of technical maintenance services, acting as Data Processors and bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Data is retained for 12 months from the date of the last booking, after which it will be deleted.
